The importance of reading cannot be overemphasized. There is no shortcut to being successful in academics. Any attempt to take shortcut might lead to cut short. Sooner or later, you must have to read.

Next, make up questions based on the main headings. Then read the textbook/material as the case may be while looking for the answers. Finally, see if you can recall what you read.
